Automatic level measurement for containers
The N112-US module, designed in 2016 by Heol Design, allows a daily report of the level of a container of waste, liquids, or used clothing.
Waste collection is then optimized.

The built-in ultrasonic sensor measures the filling level of the container accurately, and transmits this value via E-mail, SMS or on a data server (in UDP).
The measurement interval is programmable from 2 minutes to 24 hours.
A motion detection (moving the container) or a door opening also triggers the awakening of the module and the sending of an alarm.

The transmitted data are as follows:
measurement of the filling level of the container from 0 to 100%
accurate GPS position within 3 meters
time and date
ambient temperature
container door opening alarm
motion detection alarm
battery level
The built-in Lithium battery allows a range of 6 months to 1 year (depending on the period of awakening and the ambient temperature). It is easily interchangeable, since it is fixed by a strong magnet on the container wall.
The module itself can be fixed by screws or a permanent magnet.

GPS 'Sea Tracker' for lobster traps, oyster farms, and outboard motors

The 'Sea Tracker' (N105-IP68) is an anti-theft GPS beacon, IP68 waterproof and shock resistant (molded in anti-corrosive resin, no connector, no button, charge through induction).
A specific version, hidden in an oyster, is also available for oyster farms.

Since 2011, it is used in lobster traps, oyster bags, outboard motors, and other marine / sub-marine applications to prevent from thefts.
In case of a movement, the Sea Tracker sends its GPS position by SMS, E-mail or to a data server, and you can follow it using Google Earth or FTS software (developped by Heol Design).
It integrates an accelerometer and a real time clock (to wake up system periodically or in case of a theft).
Water/air temperature is also indicated to the user.
The Lithium battery (low self-discharge technology) allows several months or years of autonomy in standby mode.

It covers 2G GSM band, as well as 4G bands LTE-M and NB-IoT for the latest release, ensuring very low power consumption and very far covering range.

This tracker is under patent.

N103 GPS/GSM tracker

The HEOL DESIGN N103 GPS/GPRS navigation module integrates the latest GPS technology, to enable you to follow vehicles in anyplace (urban canyons, tree foliages...).

The N103 has remote-configurable functions to manage vehicle or beacon tracking (position, speed, temperature, schocks and logic/analog input reported to the FTS server, through the GSM network).

It can drive external systems, through programmable outputs (logic or analog).

Using the Heol patended standby technology, the N103 features an ultra-low power embedded tracking and reporting system.
With the optional battery, you can get an autonomous beacon system (autonomy up to 8 years), for periodic data report or anti-theft system.

It is automotive qualified (ISO7637), with full protections on all its connectors.

N103 is firmware customizable upon request.

The N101 (and N102) have been designed to provide accurate and reliable navigation information trough a RS232 or RS422 link, with advanced features to interface with your system without the need to develop your own functions.
Based on a high performance GPS or GPS+GLONASS/GALILEO/BEIDOU/QZSS chipset, it delivers accurate Position / Velocity / Time information, even in poor signal level environments (tree foliage, urban canyons).
